**Main Responsibilities**
- Being champion for HR Information Systems (GENME & Ipop) Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities and regularly cross-check monthly of our HRIS.
- Recording and processing employee information including annual leave, salaries, and working hours.
- Supporting management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS.
- Maintaining data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.
- Designing user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation as well as launching training & FAQ & How for system-related.
- Overseeing all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.
- Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
- Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
- Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data for reporting.
- Ensuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics with Human Resource system experience.
- Proven work experience as an HRIS Analyst and HR performance metrics or a similar role of at least 7 years.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems.
- Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an HRIS Analyst.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Over 30 years old.
