HRIS Supervisor

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintains data in HRIS system.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security in the HRIS system.
- Develop and manage HRIS reports and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure HRIS meets departmental needs.
- Delivery routine daily/ weekly/monthly reporting and responds to basic to intermediate and hoc data requests.
- Evaluate and recommend HRIS updates and improvements to meet changing business needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Participate in HRIS system audits and risk assessments.
- Executes and coordinates office operations such as office meetings, conferences, workshops appointments and/or special events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HRIS experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience to implement PeopleSoft 9.2 version it would be an advantage.
- Experience with HRIS implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
