CRCC Asia is an international education organisation that facilitates international professional development programs in 5+ cities in 6 countries globally including China, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and India.

CRCC Asia has been in operation for 18 years, partners with 65+ universities and governmental bodies globally, and has sent 10,000+ students abroad through its award-winning internship programs. Our internship programs take place across a variety of dynamic sectors, including business, finance, engineering, law, and much more.

**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Assist with Visa Materials**:

- Prepare and organize visa-related documents, resources, and forms.
- Research visa regulations for all destinations to ensure that all visa documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Create Visa materials specifically for each UP cohort or an emphasis on warm leads in countries that require visas. As of now, we have some UP’s interested in sending their students; however, they request detailed visa guidance from us.
- **Content Creation for Info Sessions**:

- Help AA’s create slides and develop engaging and informative content for webinars, info sessions, and presentations targeted at prospective students.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to ensure the messaging is aligned with our brand and coordinate the sign up sheet, tools, calendar invites, promotion campaign etc.
- Assist with post-session follow-up materials.
- **Cold Calling Leads**:

- Re-engage inactive leads through targeted outreach calls to rekindle interest in our programs or services.
- Work with AA’s to develop strategies for converting leads into active prospects.
- **Research Market Trends and Competitor Strategies**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor programs, and marketing strategies.
- Analyze competitor materials (websites, social media, advertisements) to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

**EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Open minded and able to work collaboratively across all departments,
- Culturally aware and familiar with international educational systems, cultural dynamics, global experiences and mindset.
- Ability to effectively research visa regulations and market trends.
- Experience in creating presentations, slides, and written materials that engage and inform.
- Comfortable in making outreach calls and rekindling interest in programs.
