You will manage visa and work permit processes, including preparation, renewal, and cancellation for our foreign team members. You will stay updated on regulatory changes and advise team members on visa and work permit-related queries.

You will not only be involved in managing the People & Culture function but also in ensuring the success of the hotel through effective business planning, talent management, and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our team members throughout their journey.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent.
- 1 year of related experience in People & Culture Division.
- Experience in recruitment, visa and work permit processes required.
- Strong cross-cultural verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and prioritization according to the urgency and importance of tasks and issues.
- Great attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
