This role ensures timely and efficient planning, delivery and management of line capacity to support operational execution and customer service targets. Accountable for generating production plans for reaching service and productivity targets, managing materials and handling the inventory. Works within a structure that requires considerable interaction with others in the same department as well as other departments, organization units and suppliers.

**What you will do**
- Responsible for effectively managing production activities for a specific area of the Focus Factory, developing collaborative partnerships with CP colleagues
- Accountability of the role includes daily production schedule adherence, customer service.
- Monitor and control the inventory level of raw materials, packaging materials and FG to ensure working capital are met.
- Understand the whole Production Planning Process (Demand Planning, Production Planning, Material Procurement)
- Leads project meetings, initiates project start up activities for the plant, supervises project progress and provides feedback
- Develops master production planning and review capacity utilization of short term, medium term and long term. Also internal communication about capacity utilization and supply situation among supply chain teams.
- Integrates Supply Chain processes for optimum material replenishment and inventory levels
- Deliver all production and procurement activity to meet production plan and customer requirement
- Meet budgetary goals, working in collaboration with Supply Network planners and Inventory leaders to support policies and targets for forward looking global SKU stock coverage optimization, inventory glide-path projections, and global month-end finished goods inventory reporting (units and pounds)
- Delivery all activities for new product launch on time by the right quantity
- Follow up on the delivery performance of supplier and to be team member of supplier performance assessment
- OSMI/Slow moving monitoring and control.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

**Required Qualifications**
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years in production systems in a planner position
- At least 5 years in Consumer Goods Industry Experience
- Working knowledge of SAP, specifically to Production planning, Materials Management module.
- Qualification in Materials Management will be advantaged.
- Experience in working with Demand and Supply positions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Good English communication skills both writing and speaking.
- Proficient in using Google tools is preferable. Other computer skills.
