**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Homerly Senior Living Care Resort. As a vital member of our healthcare team, the LPN will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their health, comfort, and wellbeing at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Perform routine assessments of residents' health status and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans for **residents**.
- Document resident care activities, observations, and progress accurately and timely.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure holistic and person-centered care for residents.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
