**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers at Homerly Senior Living Care Resort. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily needs and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging them in meaningful activities and conversations.
- Assist with feeding and hydration, ensuring residents' dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying residents' rooms, making beds, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Escort residents to appointments, outings, and recreational activities as needed.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the health and wellbeing of residents and staff.
- Treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times, honoring their individuality and autonomy.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
- Conversational English Language
