**About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for Head of Planning and Design, to ensure that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled towards one of the biggest 4G-5G customer, TrueCorp in Thailand.

The Head of Planning and Design will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. The role will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions, and proposals. Be part of the team

**What you will do**:

- Manage of the planning and design deliverables - LLD, IEA/FEA, RF CDD, Script and Consolidated CR, RF Parameter design, Planning HL design coverage and capacity analysis
- Manage teams of professional solution architect and network engineers with accountability for the performance and results
- Work closely with E/// Solutions team to find the proper solutions towards customer
- Persuade managers and leaders to take action and / or negotiates with external partners / vendors / customers
- Supervise all contractual obligations are fulfilled by Ericsson and the customer for the specific opportunity
- Strengthen customer engagement, main interface will be TrueCorp Network Planning and Engineering, Network Operation (RF)

**You will bring**:

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience in pre-sales and service delivery
- Demonstrated Network Planning and Design background of at least 10 years
- Proven track record of leading teams to successful project outcomes in customer projects and engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding service environment with changing and tight deadlines
- Inclination towards Digitalization ambition of Ericsson and the unit - use of Ericsson tools, automations, identification of opportunities for efficiencies
- Required soft skills - Effective verbal and written communication, people leadership abilities in a matrix work environment with reporting of senior team members, decision making abilities, assertiveness
