- 1. Warehouse Operations Management: You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities within the warehouse. This includes managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate and efficient receiving, storing, and shipping of goods, organizing the layout of the warehouse for optimal space utilization, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.- 2. Inventory Control: You will monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts, prevent stockouts, and minimize excess inventory. This involves implementing inventory management systems, conducting regular audits, and analyzing data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.- 3. Logistics Planning: You will plan and coordinate the transportation and distribution of goods to meet customer demands. This includes scheduling shipments, selecting carriers or logistics partners, negotiating freight rates, and optimizing routes for cost-effective and timely delivery.- 4. Team Management: You will lead and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, including warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and pickers/packers. Your responsibilities will include hiring and training staff, assigning work tasks, setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.- 5. Quality Control: You will implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This involves implementing quality assurance processes, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any quality issues or non-compliance promptly.- 6. Process Improvement: You will continually evaluate warehouse and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies. This may involve implementing new technologies, automation systems, or best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.- 7. Communication and Collaboration: You will collaborate with various internal departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure effective coordination and fulfillment of orders. Additionally, you will liaise with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers, to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.- 8. Health and Safety: You will prioritize and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for warehouse personnel. This includes promoting safety awareness, conducting regular safety training, and implementing measures to minimize accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards.- 9. Data Analysis and Reporting: You will analyze warehouse and logistics data, generate reports, and provide insights to management. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, on-time delivery, and operational costs, to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.คุณสมบัติ
- 1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- 2. Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.- 3. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.- 4. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and other relevant tools.- 5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.- 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- 7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- 9.
