**Responsibilities**:

- Manage warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, storage, finished product distributions, inventory control, layout and location design, monitoring of security system are performed in an efficient manner
- Ensure efficient, effective, safe, secure and accurate daily operations through close supervision of warehousing staff. Ensure that all warehouse staff well conform to all standard operating procedures
- Analyze and measure warehouse and transportation KPI and highlight areas of improvement. Control transporter to meet our operation and costing target
- Responsible for inventory reconciliation and reporting. Maintain and update records for purpose of measurement and tractability.
- Direct in charge of all inbound and outbound activities.
- Supervises warehouse staff engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments and in preparing items for shipment.
- Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments
- Works effectively with customers to schedule deliveries and the pick-up of returned merchandise.
- Managing the inventory, monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits to validate results.
- Ensures the cost effectiveness of the delivery function, including the control of labor utilization - preventing excess hours, downtime and overtime, and efficient usage of transportation related equipment.
- Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse staff.
- Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workers.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment
- Provides supervision, training, scheduling, and guidance to shipping personnel.

**Quaslifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or Production Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Warehousing/ Logistics related positions
- Knowledge of distribution and transportation processes
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, good attitude and good. interpersonal skills,
- Negotiation and Motivation Skill, Strong understanding in Employee Relation Management.
- Good command of written and spoken English
