**A DAY IN THE LIFE**:

- Drive continuous Warehouse Operation Improvement to ensure best-in-class operation & cost optimization.
- Coach & Develop employees to fulfill and exceed the requirements of the job.
- Drive safe working environment in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents through continuous coaching on safety behaviors
- Effectively manage the SHO, ensure exchange of information (cascade target/escalate issues) for alignment with the objectives in the short term and DOR to achieve cleaning loss, Asset intensity, and achieve performance improvements. Motivate, guide, support and coach the resources to achieve objectives and to act in accordance with NCE guidelines.
- Manage warehouse utilization as target.
- Manage 3rd party service provider comply with Nestle requirement
- Drive line accountability through NGWP and KPIs

**ARE YOU A FIT?**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse.
- Good English and Thai communication skills.
- Good understanding of Quality, safety, security systems.
- Basic knowledge of Material Handling Best Practice and SAP.
- People Management & Leadership Principle.
- Communication and facilitation skills
