**1. Manage entire logistics process to be efficient and effective.**
**2. Manage and improve work flow, SOP, WI including concerned check list and form.**
**3. Find out the problems of daily operations and improve it.**
**4. Set work system for control quality of service.**
**5. Trouble shooting in terms of QC.**
**6. Manage and response ISO task as QMR.**
**7. Control all function of Quality management and safety base on ISO standard and law.**
**8. Determine company-wide quality and safety policies.**
**9. Collect and analyze data related to quality and safety throughout the company, and consider and implement measures to improve quality and safety over the medium and long term.**
**10. Support the quality and safety initiatives of each business.**
**11. Guidance, management, and promotion of compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to health and safety, fire laws, etc.**:
