**Position Purpose**:
**Manage and control soft service operation to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets. Provide leadership, role modelling and direction to the delivery teams within the soft services areas of the Sodexo business. Be accountable for excellent service delivery within the soft services team activities and operational objectives ensuring continuous improvements are made.**

**Key Areas of Management**:

- **Manage housekeeping.**:

- **Manage landscaping.**:

- **Manage shuttle services.**:

- **Manage administrative work for company shop, employee badge, access control, and helpdesk services.**:

- **Manage reception & switchboard services.**:

- **Manage vendors for related soft services.**:

- **Co-working with Unilever engineering team for related hard services such as PM and RM works.**:

- **Co-working with Unilever HR team, MOH team and food vendors for canteen management.**:

- **Co-working with security team for car parking services.**:

- **Co-working with Unilever HR department for Unilever fitness center.**:

- **Conduct a weekly safety-walk and submit a HSE report monthly to Sodexo HSE department.**:

- **Conduct a weekly team meeting and report to FM Manager.**:

- **Attend meetings with stakeholders as required.**:

- **Provide a monthly report in the related scope to FM Manager.**

**Cleaning, Landscaping and Customer Service**
- **Stay up-to-date with scope of working areas in order to plan cleaning and landscaping schedule properly.**:

- **Identify and offer a quotation for additional service (out of scope) to client.**:

- **Manage and provide monthly consumable product and tools for housekeeping work.**:

- **Ensure all staff are well trained and are well aware of safety, quality and hygiene standards.**:

- **Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.**:

- **Respond well to ad-hoc requirements as assigned by FM Manager.**

**Pest Control**:

- **Stay up-to-date with scope of working areas in order to plan the pest control PM accordingly.**:

- **Manage schedules and ensure vendor delivers work on time.**:

- **Monthly site survey and inspection with pest control vendor team.**

**Shuttle Service**:

- **Supervise Shuttle Management Admin/Supervisor for quality of work to meet deliverable requirements.**:

- **Identify urgency and support in communication and work process with Unilever stakeholders as needed.**:

- **Review monthly report and attend monthly team meeting.**:
