Our client is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices provider.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving staff catering needs, assisting in formulating meal supply plans, and ensuring the implementation of the plan.
- Establishing chef incentive rules and evaluations, supporting outsourcing suppliers to do a good job in the daily management of chefs, implementing chef incentive distribution and publicity, and helping establish a stable chef team.
- Handling any emergency in the Canteen on site according to the contingency plan.
- Coordinating with related parties to enhance the company’s performance and capabilities.
- Strategically searching alternative sources of supply materials/ services to get the lowest price with acceptable quality.
- Generating PO/PR and coordinating with OCS/PCS TFM Procurement to upload into the SAP system.
- Managing Routine management such as coordinator.
- Ensuring the general upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- Coordinating/Logging work orders and sometimes assisting with maintenance work.
- Managing a team that completes repairs and regular maintenance, such as landscaping, cleaning, and painting.
- Managing a monthly or annual budget for the maintenance team and handling all bookings and payments for third-party services.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields, ideally in Facilities management, hotel management, or Office management.
- Has 3 years experience in Facility Management or Food and beverage services field, has supplier management or project management capabilities.
- Strong leadership, people, and communication skills.
- Professional certification in relevant fields will be a plus.
- Open personality, active thinking, good learning, interpersonal communication, and comprehensive processing capability, good service sense, and aesthetic quality.
- Good Command in English and Chinese **able to use at the business **level.
