- Business Development Manager (JP Speaking) (50K-70K) (SDG-95695)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจ-
- To design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it is strong presence.
- To find, approach to and talk to new potential customers for the Company’s business.
- To prepare a proposal involving technical, engineering, financial, contractual expertise of yourself and your colleagues.
- To discuss with contractors, suppliers (Both domestic & Oversea), subcontract and manufacturers for the purpose of preparation of proposals.
- To make a presentation of the proposal to potential customers, discussing technical & commercial terms and conditions of the proposal.
- Visit customers (Company car with driver is provided)
- To be responsible for deals from initial approach to customers to signing contracts. (Execution team will succeed the contract execution)
- Support customer for after sales process, such as installation, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by report line
- Thai nationality, Female, age 27 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years as Sales, Sales Engineer, Business Development in Solar Cell, Renewable Energy or related
- Fluent in Japanese N1 or N2
- Good in English (communicate with both internal and customers)
- Passion to grow a new business with a good attitude to work as a team- Graduate from Engineer field

- จัดเตรียมข้อเสนอที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิค วิศวกรรม การเงิน สัญญา ของตนเองและเพื่อนร่วมงาน
- หารือกับผู้รับเหมา ซัพพลายเออร์ (ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ) ผู้รับเหมาช่วง และผู้ผลิต เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำข้อเสนอ
- นำเสนอข้อเสนอต่อลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพ หารือเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทางเทคนิคและเชิงพาณิชย์ของข้อเสนอ
- เยี่ยมลูกค้า (มีรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับให้)
- รับผิดชอบข้อตกลงตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นเข้าหาลูกค้าจนถึงการเซ็นสัญญา (ทีมดำเนินการจะดำเนินการตามสัญญาให้สำเร็จ)
- ช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในกระบวนการหลังการขาย เช่น การติดตั้ง เป็นต้น
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก report line
- สัญชาติไทย, หญิง, อายุ 27 - 35 ปี- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่ง Sales, Sales Engineer, Business Development in Solar Cell, Renewable Energy หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ N1 หรือ N2
- ภาษาอังกฤษดี (สื่อสารได้ทั้งภายในและลูกค้า)
- มีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะเติบโตในธุรกิจใหม่ มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงานเป็นทีม- จบจากสาขาวิศวกร
