**Responsibilities**
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies for a variety of products and services.
- Conducting market research and identifying new suppliers.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Monitoring supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Working with other departments to ensure that the company's sourcing needs are met.

**Requirements**:

- Not over 45 years old and have at least 10 years of experience in purchasing roles with at least 5 years of experience in team management.
- Proficient in reading AutoCAD and able to complete the NPD process from start to finish, and able to understand and use sourcing strategies within the country and SEAs region.
- Good communication in English and must be able to travel to work in the upcountry.
