Solution Architect

PRTR’s IT function is looking for an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Credit Products to join one of our local clients.

Your primary focus will be to conceptualize, design, and guide the implementation of technology solutions tailored to enhance our credit product portfolio. By closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will transform business requirements into meticulous technical designs that align with the bank's strategic vision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Strategic Solution Design**: Handling end-to-end architecture solutions exclusively for credit products, with an emphasis on scalability, security, and optimal performance. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with our credit product strategies.
- **Domain Expertise**: Leveraging your in-depth understanding of credit product lifecycles, including loan origination, credit scoring, risk assessment, and collateral management, to drive innovative and effective architectural decisions.
- **Technical Leadership**:Offering authoritative guidance on architecture best practices, design principles, and emerging technologies relevant to credit products. Mentoring and guiding development teams to ensure flawless execution and adherence to architectural blueprints.
- **Collaborative Requirement Analysis**: Partnering with business stakeholders to comprehend and elicit requirements specific to credit product features. Translating business needs into comprehensive technical specifications and design documentation.
- **Technology Evaluation**: Continuously researching, assessing, and recommending state-of-the-art technologies, tools, and frameworks that amplify the development and delivery of credit products.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Working seamlessly with product managers, software engineers, data analysts, and compliance experts to seamlessly integrate credit products within our banking ecosystem.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Identifying potential architectural risks associated with credit product development and recommending proactive solutions to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and industry requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Extensive hands-on experience (12+ years) as a Solution Architect, specializing in credit product development within the banking or financial domain.
- Profound expertise in designing and architecting credit product solutions, encompassing loan origination workflows, credit assessment methodologies, and risk management frameworks.
- Thorough knowledge of pertinent banking regulations, compliance mandates, and security protocols pertinent to credit products.
- Mastery of diverse software development methodologies, architectural paradigms, and design principles.
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Proficiency in technologies crucial for credit product development, such as API integration, microservices architecture, cloud-native solutions, and data analytics platforms.
- Prior engagement in software development is an advantageous asset.
- Professional certifications related to solution architecture and credit product development are highly desirable.
