As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating power projects that align with our strategic goals and values. You will work closely with our technical, financial, and legal teams, as well as external partners and stakeholders, to ensure the successful completion of each project. You will also monitor and report on the performance and impact of our portfolio of power investments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying, evaluating, and executing power projects for M&A, greenfield, and brownfield investment that align with RATCH’s strategic goals and values.
- Conduct feasibility study and evaluating investment opportunities of the potential power projects.
- Perform Financial Modeling on various type of business as assigned.
- Review and analyze various contracts related to project investment such as concession agreement, loan agreement, EPC contract, O&M contract and power purchase agreement.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management and board of director.
- Supervise and manage work related to project investment and project development.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve completion of the project development.
- Perform any other duties as assigned in relation to business development.

**Qualification / Skills**:

- Master’s degree in MBA, Finance & Investment or Economic.
- CFA or CISA is a plus.
- Age 27 - 33 years old
- At least 3 years of business development or investment analyst experiences in power-energy, infrastructure or high value related investment filed.
- Good command in Financial Modeling
- Good knowledge in MS offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Good communication, presentation, analysis, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and interpersonal
- Able to manage workload effectively and deliver quality work on schedule.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to working in a friendly, entrepreneurial mindset, and team contribution environment
- Good English communication in both verbal and written (Minimum 650 TOEIC Score)
