The Assistant Accounting Manager is a key person in the organisation, helping to lead the accounting team.**Responsibilities**
- Manage monthly financial closing process: ensure all costs incurred are properly recorded; review journal entries, account balance reconciliations, and prepare reports
- Support reporting to management with variance/result analysis
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, Treasury, Inventory control, compliance and taxes
- Support Accounting Manager with Revenue Department audits and related tax activities
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
- Participate in the ongoing development of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies, including the review and implementation of process and system changes
- Continuous focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
- Participate in strategic financial projects, including the implementation of ERP software
- Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed; establish procedures to discover and prevent fraud
- Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in accounting/finance
- Experience in shared service and/or ERP implementation is preferable
- Demonstrated strong leadership, project management, coaching & mentoring, and organisational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Good working attitude: open-minded, agile, with a growth mindset
- Strong analytical, problem solving
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive process and systems improvement
