Job Summary
Manage and coordinate the planning, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of DKSH compliance program in the CG BU.
General Responsibilities
Act as the primary compliance representative for the CG BU, ensuring that the unique challenges and requirements of CG are effectively communicated and addressed within our overall compliance strategy.
Collaborate with the CG Management and Group Governance, Risk and Compliance (Group GRC) to develop and implement a compliance strategy that aligns with CG operations' specific needs and risks.
Lead the development and execution of compliance training programs for CG employees, enhancing their understanding and commitment to compliance standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments within the CG BU, identifying potential operational & compliance issues and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
Collaborate with the country compliance officers in implementing the DKSH compliance program for the CGBU.
Work closely with other departments, such as legal, HR, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance across the organization.
Periodic reporting of the compliance program, developments, risk assessments and any roadblocks to the Senior Management team for decision-making and continuous improvements via Compliance Committee meetings.
Ensure the adherence to and enforcement of existing compliance policies within CG, while also guiding compliance best practices and regulatory changes.
Create awareness and foster compliant and ethical behaviour by employees through regular communication, training and education based on the company’s Code of Conduct, ABAC, GHE, COI, CIRI, CAIR, and other related compliance policies.
Partner with GRC and country compliance resources on different compliance initiatives.
Build and maintain a strong network with the external CG compliance community in the responsible markets to stay abreast of laws, regulations, and best practices.
Act as a global point of contact for CG clients’ audits.
Assist in CG compliance-related investigations.
Organize, facilitate and lead CG BU Compliance Committees.
**Requirements**:
Degree in Law/ Accountancy/ Business Studies/ Finance.
Relevant compliance, audit or risk certifications (e.g., CCEP, CIA, CPA/ CA, CFE, CRM, etc.) are an advantage.
Min. 6 years of working experience in a compliance function. Exposure and substantial experience in the Consumer Goods industry are preferred.
