As the Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire beverage operation across our resort’s outlets. This includes creating and curating innovative beverage menus, managing beverage costs, training and mentoring bar staff, and ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service that enhances their overall experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement unique beverage concepts that align with the resort’s wellness philosophy and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all bars and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Oversee the selection, purchasing, and inventory management of all beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
- Train, develop, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Monitor beverage sales and implement strategies to increase profitability while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings that complement our menu offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards related to beverage service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our beverage program to keep it fresh and exciting.
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and excellence.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, Mixologist, or similar role in a premium hotel or high-end venue.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Creativity and passion for crafting unique beverages that enhance the guest experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to beverage service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
