**Job Description**:
**1. Job Purpose**:
To direct activities and overall Repair & Maintenance of Dairy Queen brands. This position often requires travel for site reviews, field surveys, meeting attendance, and construction supervision.

**2. Main Responsibilities**:

- Plan and control equipment installation over mechanical & electrical equipment and facility system
- Equipment supplier management by acquiring. selecting, bidding, and evaluating
- The equipment suppliers
- Maintain and manage suppliers effectively.
- Check mechanical & electrical equipment, facilities system, and decoration to have the standard of operation and safety.
- Share the planning and designing of the new and old shop in the part of mechanical & electrical equipment and facility system.
- Plan and review monthly, quarterly and yearly repair & maintenance expense, renovation expense, and budget for new stores
- Plan and control equipment installation mechanical & electrical for company special projects and carry out orders of the supervisor.
- Recheck, review and compare actual cost of R&M / PM equipment versus the PO from contractors.
- Coordinate scope of work between contractors and brand.
- Be the expert on all DQ related facility and equipment to provide hands on troubleshooting and able to train and advise other technicians to repair team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Other Duties**:

- Adhere to the company’s employee rules & regulations.
- Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
- Exercises responsible behaviour at all times, positively representing the MFG.
- Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
- Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Education**:

- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Engineering or Construction Management

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years direct experience in construction project management
