- To monitor and track on all license for all restaurants.
- To ensure all licenses are continue the validation prior to expiration date and take responsible for all steps relate to Restaurant Licenses Application and Renewal as well as the termination of License, if any.
- To renew all licenses for the restaurants.
- To assist Compensation & Benefit team on Visa and Work Permit Process to contact with Immigration, Chang Wattana and Labor Department, Din Daeng.
- To support HR team on government related matter.
- To contact with DBD department for company document.
- To contact with Revenue department for company document.
- To ensure F&B staffs attend the F&B trainings required as part of Restaurant License Application and coordinate with the training center for the certification.
- To coordinate with check up center for the F&B staffs’ check up required as part of Restaurant License Application.
- To ensure timely and accurate information in coordination with related government sectors.

- Bachelor’ Degree or Commercial College
- Experience minimum 3 years in administrative roles or coordinator role
- Fairly communicate in English
- Good at computer skill (Microsoft Office)
- Experience coordinating with government sector shall be preferred
