As a Liaisons Catalyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the leadership team in driving internal communication strategies particularly focused on colleague engagement, executive communication effectiveness, and fostering an inclusive culture. You will foster strong relationships and collaborations between stakeholders in our organization, enhancing cooperation and partnership. Your expertise in writing, storytelling, generating idea, managing projects, will be utilized to develop internal communication content which will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

This position requires excellent English written communication skills in a variety of channels, editing and designing skills to deliver consistent messaging and ability to partner with all levels of leaders and colleagues through consultative and positive approach.

**1.Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Act as a key point of contact for SEASA wide communication regarding global initiatives, such as DE&I, sustainability, colleague engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with in-country stakeholders to foster trust and open lines of communication.
- Support cluster meetings and events to ensure ongoing and smooth collaboration including pre
- and post-event. This includes crafting messages and programs through agenda, speaker selection and logistics.
- **Communication and Advocacy**:

- Develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan: align internal and executive messaging with the company’s vision, mission, DE&I and sustainability commitments.
- Work cross-functionally in close partnership with Human Resources, Marketing, Product, and Leadership Team, to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Plan, manage and produce employee communications: Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements, Yammer posts, blogs, etc. to be delivered across a variety of communications channels and maintain high engagement.
- Manage the company’s internal communications channels: Plan and manage the editorial calendar (Yammer posts, SEASA Pulse Newsletter, etc.), develop and write articles, interviews and captions, produce internal video clips and manage video production, and contribute to the Intranet.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead cross-functional teams in executing collaborative projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support HRBP in conducting internal research and colleague survey communication, and generate ideas and concepts for employee engagement, wellbeing and development through evidence-based approach.
- Support the leadership team in customer satisfaction questionnaires.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze and keep tract of DE&I journey education report, and communicate to colleagues in the cluster to enhance the participation and completion rate on a monthly basis, in conjunction with HRBP.

**Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience)**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing Communication, or a related field

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in internal communication, journalism, marketing communications or digital marketing, or a similar role
- Experience with collaboration tools (SharePoint, office 365), content manager systems or integrated marketing newsletters

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent English comprehension, especially writing skill in internal communication relations, copy editing, intranet/web and social media writing
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successful project implementations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Knowledge of content management, creating and building key messages from ideas to completion
- Proficiency in using audio and visual communication tools and software is a plus
- Advanced skills and working experience on MS Office and fair skills of design programs.
