We are seeking an experienced and driven Deputy General Manager to oversee our mechanical and electrical installation projects. As the Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex mechanical and electrical installation projects. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to coordinate teams effectively will be vital to ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:

1. Project Management: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of mechanical and electrical installation projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
2. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of mechanical and electrical engineers, project managers, technicians, and subcontractors. Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.
3. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, and installation techniques. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise to overcome challenges and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
4. Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, administration, and change orders related to mechanical and electrical installations. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage client expectations effectively.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure installations meet or exceed industry standards and client requirements. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and resolve any deficiencies promptly.
6. Safety and Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and ensure adherence to relevant health and safety regulations. Mitigate potential risks and implement measures to create a safe working environment for all project personnel.
7. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Foster effective communication channels to address inquiries, provide updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization to maximize profitability. Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for management review.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical and electrical installations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
10. Resource Planning: Assess project requirements and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution. Collaborate with procurement teams to source and manage suppliers and subcontractors.

80,000 - 100,000 (THB)

Required work
experience
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive 5 years of experience in managing mechanical and electrical installation projects, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Sound financial acumen and the ability to manage project budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional) are highly desirable.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in mechanical and electrical installations.
