PTTEP Services Limited**Job Purpose**:
**Technical Assistant **assists reservoir engineers in transferring production data into project database system, preparing production allocation and other technical supporting tasks e.g. technical reports and graphic presentations as assigned by subsurface users. In addition, he/she needs to maintain and update Production Data Management System (PDMS), and filing system of technical data and document including drafting and drawing instruments in good working conditions.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support reservoir engineer for routine data review and verification;
- production test result
- well activity log
- production allocation
- production potential
- Update wells related activities in PDMS, well files, down-hole status in PDMS database as well as general files.
- Focal point to reconfigure PDMS system including add PI tag for new well.
- Create and produce preliminary or detailed technical drawings and drafting as assigned by team lead.

**Key Accountabilities (Con't)**:

- Establish, maintain filing and storage systems for all technical data and materials, as well as maintain drafting and drawing instruments in good working conditions.
- Prepare various technical reports, handouts and presentation graphics for asset and/or project meetings.
- Actively seek out new IT technology and software to improve database system and electronic well files.
- Comply the Company’s SSHE policy, rules and regulations to all works under responsibility.

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- Vocational Certificate/ Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Knowledge in basic Petroleum E&P Operations
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in oil and gas industry & Familiarity in Gulf of Thailand
- Ability to operate PC efficiently
- Knowledge in managing database systems
- Good command of written and spoken English
