**About the Job**

We're looking for a **Lead Accountant** to take ownership of our financial operations and drive excellence across accounting, reporting, and compliance. In this leadership role, you'll oversee end-to-end accounting functions, lead process improvements, manage financial reporting, and play a critical role in shaping our financial strategies as we scale. You will also be a key partner to internal stakeholders, offering insights and guidance that support decision-making and long-term growth.

**In this role, you will get to**:

- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial transactions and reporting.
- Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable, payment processing, and monthly closing activities.
- Monitor and manage fixed assets, cash flow, and working capital to ensure optimal financial health and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax submissions (VAT, WHT, CIT), maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Supervise the transition and upgrade from TFRS for NPAEs to full PAE standards, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support business planning, and optimize financial performance.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in accounting systems and controls.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering professional development and high performance within the finance team.
- Stay up-to-date with local and international accounting standards, regulatory changes, and business laws.

**Requirements for this role are**:

- Thai national with a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, BOI privileges, commercial law, and financial compliance in Thailand.
- Experience in both corporate environments and auditing firms is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to lead accounting functions, improve processes, and collaborate across teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.
