**Responsibilities**:
- The Assistant Manager - Marketing will be responsible for implementing the marketing initiatives such as product launches and various marketing activities with the aim to meet the sales objectives on the short and mid-term.
- Assist Marketing Manager in aligning & implementing country marketing initiatives/strategies through collaboration with Regional Marketing team, sales team and external partners
- Work closely with the marketing team to formulate strategies, coordinate, and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns across communication and sales channels. Report on progress and issues to stakeholders
- Lead activation programs to improve brand visibility and customer instore experiences include merchandising, product display, and point-of-sales-materials in collaboration with sales team retailers, and distributors.
- Responsible for all aspects of Marketing Communications of the organization, including content development, CRM, and maintenance of website, OMRON connect and social media platforms, media and public relations, in cooperation with the external agencies. Collaborate with eCom sales and develop brief for eCommerce CPAS banner and A+ Content to use for driving sales from off-platforms.
- Pro-actively create, innovate and respond to market needs, industry trends, and competitor activities in Thailand with the aim to support Sales to drive sales & desired growth
- Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of new product launch and marketing campaigns, report key findings to stakeholders, and provide alternatives or make adjustments where necessary to achieve KPIs.
- Manage and monitor allocated Budget for each activity.
- Support the marketing manager in other projects that may be needed from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business, marketing and/or equivalent professional qualification
- Have hands-on experience in planning, execution and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing multiple projects/campaigns and adhering to deadlines.
