Our client is an Omni-channel retailer in Thailand, with a commitment to providing great quality products at affordable prices, while doing good things for our customers, colleagues, and communities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Senior Leasing Manager in assigned projects.
- Delivering good choices, a shopping environment, and shopping satisfaction to customers by recruiting right the tenants and an arranging appropriate tenant mix to serve customers’ needs in each location.
- Supporting, coordinating, and liaising between tenants and our related functions (such as construction team, tenant coordinators, etc.,) with design and construction requirements.
- Catching up with new shopping mall trends and opportunities to upgrade our existing malls in term of range offers.
- Maximizing the utilization of mall space.
- Handling the quarter business review with key tenants in order to share best practices and knowledge, to understand and solve tenants’ issues as well as to improve their business performance.
- Liaising between tenant and mall operation team to solve tenant operation problems such as water leakage.
- Treating tenants in fair and responsible manner.

**Qualification**:

- 30-40 years old, Thai only.
- Bachelor or higher degree in property or related field.
- At least experience in 5 years in the Sales space in Mall or Retail (Food chain, Anchor) industry is a must.
- Has a connection with food chains such as KFC, Pizza, and others in Restaurant Industry.
- Marketing and consumer product selling skill would be an advantage.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Good negotiation, working well under pressure, and ability to work stand-alone.
- Has experience in coordinating with tenants or landlords.
- Have a driving license, own a car, and flexibility to travel up the country.
- Ability to work at the Head office near Buengkum, Bangkok.
