Repair Manager

**In this position you will...**
Manage in the day-to-day operation of Bolttech in providing the best customer experience through adequate supply and availability of Authorized/ Non-Authorized Repair Centers strategically positioned to respond to the business requirements and demand efficiently and effectively. Be involved in the operations projects, process improvement and business alignment as well as creation of relevant memorandums to further enhance the service.
**You will be responsible for**
- Responsible in growing the service network of the company from scouting for prospective partners to screening of prospects and accreditation of qualified authorized and/or non-authorized service partners.
- Coordinate with Sales/ BD to determine focus areas and brands heatmapping.
- Closely work with service network to ensure they are providing the services within the SLA and as required by Bolttech.
- Monitor TAT, Quality, and Severity performance of repair partners. Endorse priority partners or give sanctions if necessary.
- Ensure a smooth work process between internal team and repair partners. Resolve repairer issues escalated
- Responsible in growing the Replacement Supplier network of the company and ensure these partners comply with the requirements of Bolttech.
- Ensure timely payment of billing from repair partners and replacement suppliers.
- Direct the operations team in maximizing the available repair resources as well as drive in decision-making especially vendor-related and uncontrollable delays.
- Contribute to the overall growth of business through constant review on Repairer utilization and cost.
- Establish and negotiate labor cost and spare parts rates
- Preparation of reports, dashboard pertaining to repairer performance to be used on a regular operations review
- Constantly review and help in the improvement of the overall repairer utilization process
- Constantly provide communications to the team pertaining to updates received from vendors, changes for the team to be aligned

- Experience as a Repairers and Vendor Management. Experienced in the local market
