In this role, you will be responsible for producing and developing H5 creatives of ads formats, and mockups for AnyMind's rich media ads business. As a part of our Regional team, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate and work across various countries within our markets.**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Produce and develop interactive design work for AnyMind's rich media ads business
- Create H5 creatives (animations) and transform business ideas into prototypes to assess their feasibility
- Generate ad formats, mockups, and specifications to support the sales team
- Support the design and production of ads demo sites
- Collaborate with team members to explore and contribute creative ideas
- Provide support to all Publisher Growth teams across various countries related to AnyMind's rich media ads business
- Report to the Publisher Growth Manager based in the Hong Kong office

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and other front-end coding (e.g., React, Vue, and Angular)
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Experience with developing animations using Greensock (JavaScript library) is a plus
- Familiarity with modern web API standards
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of web design and fundamental user experience principles
- Knowledge of digital advertising, including display advertising and the programmatic ecosystem is plus
- Experience in the AdsTech industry is plus
