As a **Sales & Business Development Manager, **you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through the strategic sale of our comprehensive digital marketing and media solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Prospect, qualify and convert new business opportunities within the target market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and client retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years in digital marketing or media sales with a strong track record.
- Must have B2B sales experience
- Industry Expertise: in-depth knowledge of the advertising and media industry, including digital trends and consumer behaviour.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: comprehensive understanding of digital marketing services and ability to articulate their value.
- Strong Network: established relationships within the Thai advertising industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Focus: experience in delivering client-centric solutions.
- Adaptability: thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Commitment to working full-time in our Bangkok office.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
