**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Optimize calls to customers and execution of key account business plan.
- Monitors local market conditions for changes that impact business.
- Manages programs and budgets to stay within standards.
- Identify opportunities that meet both territory and brand tactics.
- Customizes approach for each call on each customer to assess customer needs and increase key account of BI products.
- Has excellent understanding of customer priorities/needs and keeps abreast of changes in the local health economy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field, and/or Doctoral degree (eh. PhD, MD) and/or veterinary.
- Total at least 3 years experience in a sales capacity of which a minimum of 2 years were in the Animal Health or related industry
- Proven disciplined sales training
- Must be self-motivated, responsible and flexible
- Customer understanding
- Commercial awareness
