**The Role**

**Ideally, the Business Development Manager must**:

- have excellent English and Thai skills (written and spoken)
- be able to spot business opportunities where others won’t
- an excellent communicator with great interpersonal and negotiation skills
- be able to cultivate and execute complex partnerships using business knowledge, local and regional networks and knowledge of digital/business consulting.
- be able to navigate ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- Be responsible for providing wise counsel to prospective clients, partners and to successfully influence and support strategies to meet the business goal

**Responsibilities**
- Lead exploratory discussions with potential customers in all industries and help define and co-create the right consulting & creative business models with our Clients and Partners. This will also include identifying innovative/creative ways for us to successfully meet the customers goals.
- Further develop our existing ecosystem of partners who we have integrated into our portfolio of solutions.
- Continuously improve the sales process. Define & manage internal processes, set up pipelines, documents, lead qualification criteria, and work with the partners to align sales with the overall business goals.
- Be the ’product‘ expert, understand our service offering, and how we deliver results for the customers. You must be able to communicate clearly the benefits and advantages of DDX to customers, and to convert these meetings into tangible business opportunities.

**Qualification**

**Ideally, the Business Development Manager should have**:

- Proven experience 5 years+ experience at a consulting firm working within their digital capabilities
- Ability to grow and foster client relationships
- Track record of growing sales, and of closing & handling $500k+ contracts (or $2m+ annually)
- Proven thought leadership within his/her industry space including production, syndication/publication of marketable knowledge (e.g posts, blogs, white papers, case studies)
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing in English and Thai
- Outstanding listening skills
- Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity
