In 2020, together with Cable Solutions (Thailand), a specialized distributor of cables for residential, commercial and industrial projects, these three companies decided to combine forces and operate as one, Underthe brand Sonepar Thailand.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily sales operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain superior service standards.
- Assess customers’ needs and ensure team members provide accurate information and assistance on products and services.
- Drive sales by mentoring team members, sharing product knowledge, and fostering enthusiasm aligned with market trends.
- Actively support the team in engaging with customers in-store and offer assistance as needed.
- Guide and support team members in discussing products and suggesting suitable alternatives for customers.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication among team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Lead and actively participate in sales meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve team performance.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within sales, such as Sales Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of marketing and sales negotiation techniques.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving sales targets.
- Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to coach team members in delivering effective sales pitches.
