Overview:
The HR Coordinator will play a supporting role in the smooth daily operations of the HR Department.
The incumbent in this role will take care of all administrative and employee relations of the HR department and supports the HR Department in all activities relating to recruitment and training.
**Responsibilities**:
- CVs screening
- Posting and updating vacancies
- Support in the administrative daily activities
- Organize and implement activities for the employees’ daily engagement
- Keeping process paperwork and employment record
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality field and similar roles
- Mandatory proficiency in Thai and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
