หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Implementing business strategies from head office, and responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and promoting products or services to achieve sales goals.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer costs. Identifying space for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Initiate the plan of channel expansion in terms of traditional trade, modern trade, B2B and with strong execution, include key distributors and key account development, sales network building, sales team incentive etc.;
- Forecasting sales volumes and revenue. Developing and managing sales budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborating with supply chain and operations teams to forecast demand, ensure product availability, and optimize inventory levels;
- Managing new customer development and adjustment of unqualified customers in different regions;
- Implementing marketing activities, such as promotion events, image store construction, advertisement, school activities and social media branding etc.;
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers. Identifying customer needs, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Formulating price policy, sales policy and promotion policy with strong implement;
- Responsible for product and category promotion and ensure execution with sales team;
- Assist in making local product development plan and key customer stock management with sales team.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies. Using this information to refine sales strategies and positioning.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant major of sales and marketing;
- 5-7 years' experience of sales and marketing, must have stationery or consuming products industry background;
- The preferred age range for this position is between 25 and 35 years of age.
- Able to travel frequently in sounding countries;
- High abilities of execution of projects, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Should be open-minded, flexible, humble, proactive and self-motivated mindset;
- English speaking and writing are necessary.
