Job Detail
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
- Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations
- Monitor production metrics and adjust as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly
- Able to drive business goals of the company in terms of sales turn over, Quality and delivery
- Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and execute Strategic plan, Productivity up, manpower utilization, including coordinate with other related departments to obtain the maximum efficiency, and profitability (P/L) to the company
- Set Short/Long term business goals in business plan including income budget, Expenses and strategic plans to the Board of Director Approved.
- Study planning, project analysis. Investment that is beneficial to the company for the faculty Board of Directors approved
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
- Engage in key or targeted customer activities
- Encourage, supervise, and provide leadership to team's members.
- Key hiring and talent development programs.
- Follow up, measure performance and report to the business that the management has done to the production general manager.
- Prepare status reports and production achieve rate for the general manager/Directors.
- Report production performance, make suggestion plan (long-and short-term) and improvement

100,000 - 120,000 (THB)

- Male or female, aged 40-50 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Packaging technology / General Science Any related fields
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong production management skill & related Achievement

- Analytical, initiative for new solutions and strategy with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with excellent in negotiation
- Good command in English (Internal/ External communication, report with Management)
