**What you will be doing**:

- People Management of direct reports of CRAs, CTCs, CTMs, etc.
- Ensure and oversee proper on-boarding and off-boarding
- Attend or facilitate co‐visits during onboarding period or as needed to assess confidence to perform activities and site visits alone.
- Train and oversee the CORE competencies, ICH‐GCP knowledge, clinical research environment, monitoring etc.
- Assure adherence to GCP guidelines, processes and procedures related to direct reports’ activities and performance.

**You are**:

- More than 2 years of direct people management experience of CRAs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good command of Thai & English
