Recruitment Administrator

Our client is a multinational HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) manufacturer with a strong global presence. Our cutting-edge products and solutions are widely recognized and trusted by customers around the world.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team in either Bangna or Pathumthani. This role primarily focuses on administrative tasks but also involves recruitment research and market mapping.
**Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**
- Generating offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinating background checks and pre-employment screening activities.
- Maintaining and updating recruitment databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
- **Recruitment Research and Market Mapping**
- Researching to identify potential talent pools, both locally and internationally, using various online platforms and databases.
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
- **Communication and Collaboration**
- Collaborating with external recruitment agencies and partners, as necessary.
- Assisting in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Thai national with fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment administration or HR coordination roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to effectively gather and analyze data.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
