**Job Summary**
- Responsible for the Purchasing & Sourcing role per assigned sub-category.
- Responsible for purchased ordering process until shipment delivery at the location; Raw Material, Packaging,
- and imported Finished Goods per assignment.- Support to drive overall supplier performance in which the objective is related to cost (TCO), quality, safety,
- supply, service, governance, and process.- Support to improve service level alignment with the Procurement new model.
- Support continuous improvement projects by getting agreements with related stakeholders and cross
- functional teams.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Closely work with the Planner team to update the material forecast for tracking, analysis, and managing

strategy by direct Line Manager.
- Closely work with the Planner team to get the requirement before placing PO after getting a final price

confirmation from the direct Line Manager (Critical Materials).
- Participate in price negotiation with suppliers (non-critical Material) and do a comparison before approval

before placing PO.
- Communicate with suppliers about PO detail, and condition until the return acknowledgment about the

shipment schedule.
- Closely monitor and update shipment status with the Planner team.
- Follow shipping document based on agreement with suppliers and distribute to related functions until
- completion.- Lead or support a meeting in case of critical shipment delay.
- Solve quality issues by working with cross-functional teams and suppliers until getting payment deduction per
- assigned sub-category.- Responsible for supporting supplier assessment for ATH.
- Responsible for supporting the audit under the company requirement both internal and external audits, for
- example, ISO, GMP, and HACCP.- Supply relevant data and statistics as requested by the direct Line Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the direct Line Manager

**Other allowances and Benefits for permanent staff**:

- Location allowance: 4000 THB
- Housing allowance: 4000 THB
- Gasoline allowance: 10,500 THB
- Food allowance: 1,800 THB
- Bonus fix: 13th month 1 month
- Variable bonus: (Base*7.5%) +28,000THB
