**Responsibilities**
- ** Supplier Development**
- Developing Suppliers and building up robust Southeast Asia Suppliers with commodity teams to prioritize supplier Strategic Sourcing Strategies and deployment of improved cost competitiveness or supply constraints. Researching external market information and entrepreneurial companies to identify potential sources and suppliers. Assessing new strategic supplier capabilities to meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost requirements. Leading new supplier selection through robust qualification processes. Supporting the potential strategic new suppliers and developing them to meet our expectations through projects.
- **Supplier Management**
- Handling new supplier Introduction.
- Handling new Supplier Audits, part sample requests, and design equipment procurement support Identify, develop & qualify suppliers to support the commodity low-cost region sourcing strategies.
- Supplier Performance Review: Suppliers business and performance review to achieve Year on Year QDCI target, Develop and improve supplier’s QDCS performance, solve the quality issue and emergency of material shortage Supplier Relationship Management to ensure the stable supply base Supplier Risk Management: Regular Supplier Risk Score Evaluation; foresee any supplier risk and make the mitigation plan.
- **New project involvement**
- Being responsible for NPI material/supply chain preparation with the R&D team Get BOM material readiness on new product launch Cost control to meet the cost requirement of New Product.
- **Project Management**
- Managing any kind of project, which includes cost reduction projects management like Localization/VAVE or supply risk mitigation projects management or new projects coordinates for the entire team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 10 years in Purchasing/Sourcing for an assembly manufacturing plant or automotive business.
- Understanding of purchasing/sourcing, cost control personal discipline.
- Have management skills, Analysis and problem-solving skills, and Good leadership skills.
- Good command of MS Office and English communication.
