- 1. Command Centre Oversight:

- a. To maintain oversight of operations within the District Command Centre (DCC) in order to direct and coordinate comprehensive activities within the command centre, including strategic planning, deployment, and meticulous tracking of resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- b. DCC encompass of the Facilities Management Centre (FMC), Security Operations Command (SOC) and Contact Centre Services (CS).
- c. To supervise, monitor and manage operations with the help of FMC & SOC Leads to meet the requirements and performance standards.
- d. Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly roster; attendance; leave schedule and duty schedule.
- e. Assist in the management of manpower resources; equipment; and other resources to allow the on-site teams to operate optimally within its allocated budget.
- 2. Leadership & Team Management:

- a. To demonstrate effective leadership by managing and leading the operations team to achieve optimal performance and adherence to establish protocols and procedures.
- b. To provide direction and support to the operations team.
- 3. Incident / Emergency Management:

- a. To remain contactable and to respond to site incidents, emergencies when on duty.
- b. To act as the central point of contact for all incidents.
- c. To prepare detailed incident reports, initiate follow-up actions, and communicate effectively with the management team to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
- d. To manage and escalate CAT1 incidents/emergencies and provide operational guidance to Senior Management.
- 4. Training & Supervision:

- a. To be trained, familiar with and confident to execute emergency response/evacuation protocols.
- b. To train and supervise the operations team, ensuring that they are adequately competent, and adhere to the establish protocols and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- c. To foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- d. Monitor work processes and performance of the operations team in order to achieve service excellence and ensure quality performance.
- 5. Stakeholders Relation:

- a. To be responsible to prepare updates to Senior Management.
- b. To maintain & submit reports where required by Management e.g. Incident Summary, Completed Operational Works etc.; such reports shall be made available on demand at any reasonable time.
- c. To receive and act upon instructions give by Management, and such instructions shall be deemed to have been communicated and carried out efficiently and expeditiously.
- d. To liaise with other departments e.g. Facilities Management & Engineering, Health Safety & Security, TCC Technology etc. for daily/scheduled operations, cleaning, maintenance, repairs etc.
- e. To engage with and rectify feedbacks from stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
- f. To cultivate and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders.
- g. To ensure open lines of communication and collaboration to uphold the organization’s reputation and meet stakeholder expectations.
- 6. Operational Awareness:

- a. To possess a thorough understanding of the services such as security, utilities, mechanical and electrical maintenance of the equipment, systems etc.
- b. To be detail-oriented, service-oriented and resourceful to address issues with regards to One Bangkok.
- c. To maintain presence on-site and leverage on operational and tactical knowledge to provide on-site/hands-on leadership and guidance to the staff teams.
- d. To operate and monitor various systems and sub-systems essential for Incident Management and operational awareness.
- 7. Strategic Contribution:

- a. Participate actively in short and long-term organizational planning and strategy discussions as an integral member of the management team, providing valuable insights and contributing to informed decision-making.คุณสมบัติ
