**Manager - P&C Business Process Transformation(RPA)**

**Nice to know**

Responsible for identifying and implementing necessary changes to enable a business to perform to its optimum ability and performing a challenging and diverse role. Business Process Transformation also must review new and existing processes, which is resources and systems, and make and oversee any changes to the company infrastructure where necessary.

**Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya**
- Overseeing all areas of assigned function, implementing any operational changes, and delivering measurable improvements.
- Planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing all phases of assigned business transformation projects.
- Developing and evaluating opportunities for the creation of business cases / models
- Assess the implications of the business change, analyze and map business processes, and identify the required actions needed to transition
- Providing proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, or improve customer experience
- Ability to design process flow charts, documenting process narratives and steps
- Building communication plans and developing stakeholder communications
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead global cross-functional teams
- Ability to effectively influence and align stakeholders towards consensus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment

**Must Have**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years in automation role
- Advanced in RPA infrastructure concept (Attended and Unattended principle)
- Advanced in network foundation concept (Application Server, DB Server, RPA’s Client, VM)

**Nice to Have**
- Good command of written and spoken in English
- knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2019
- Self-Motivation and Self-Learning
