Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Daily support of more than 20 Desktop Applications used in SS&C BPO.- Maintain communication between SS&C and remote clients.- Maintain communication between SS&C Data Centers & Network Services and all clients.- Application version upgrade testing and implementation.- PC operating system upgrade testing and implementation.- Test and implement new products.- Assist Corporate Support Staff with projects.- Process setup & modification for BPO clients.- Process setup & modification for remote clients.-
- Assist any of the remote clients with Chorus BPM related connectivity issues.- Assist Chorus BPM Data Center with projects for internal and remote clients.

Qualifications:
- Minimally requires a Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.- Business knowledge in the Financial Industry some examples would include specifically Alternate Investments, Retail Investments, and Retirement Investments.- Analytical.- Strong organizational skills.- Good command of spoken and written English.- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical stakeholders at all levels.- Ability to work with end users of software (internal to SS&C and external).

Nice to have- Knowledge and experience with TA Desktop / TAHub- Knowledge and experience with Chorus BPM design / administration
