**Assistant Officer, Material Coordination**:

- PTTEP Services Limited**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coordinate with relevant parties for mobilization/demobilization arrangement of manpower to/from offshore to ensure the effective offshore logistics management.
- Perform materials and services procurement to support construction activities in compliance with Company’s procedures, rules & regulations
- Check and monitor to ensure that all required materials have been ordered and/or called from stock.
- Monitor and track the committed delivery date to prevent overdue procurement and service order
- Verify and make goods/ service received against Purchasing Requisition (PR), Purchasing Order (PO), Service Order (SO) and/or contracts & agreements. Verify payment as per contract term & condition and conduct cost analysis and variance clarifications
- Transfer and record document via Engineering Document Management System (EDMS) between related parties, internal and external PTTEP as necessary
- Provide administration support as required by Project Management team such as Business Travel Request system, Expense Claim, general administration work etc

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- High vocation Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in technical assistant or administrative work
- Experiences in oil and gas industry with knowledge in basic petroleum E&P operations is preferable
- Good computer skills in standard software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Team)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good multi-tasking work skill, service-minded and communication skill

**Additional Desirable Qualification**:

- Knowledge of SAP mater data and transaction data, including project module objects - work break down structures, project networks, as well as integration with other modules
