**We will rely on you to**:
- Manages data uploads into the HRIS system. Prepares data files and collaborates with global teams to ensure all required information is complete.
- Audits data and transactions prior to and after uploads are done.
- Works closely with the payroll team to resolve any payroll issues that arise; researches issues and provides payroll information to authorized individuals as appropriate.
- Carries out special projects and any ad-hoc HR related work as needed.
- Drafts communication to send to employees, e.g. letters, agreements.
- Manages and processes client background check requests; collaborates with clients on requirements and communicates with legal on any concerns.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the human resources department
- Prepare, audits data files and manage uploads into HRIS System.

**What you need to have**:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in HRM/HRD area in multinational company
- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
- Experienced working in Human Resources
- Good analytical skills, detail-oriented and logical thinker
