**Job Description**:
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for receiving all incoming guests and owners by giving a courteous greeting, directing them to the check-in desk, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient processes for handling clients, and babysitting their children.

This position also assists the additional administrative functions listed below.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests and owners upon arrival, always maintain a professional, efficient and friendly image,
- Pre-prepare owner refreshments, keep refreshment bars fully stocked and cleaned at all times,
- Check presentation area, waiting lounge and reception area to make sure things are neat and orderly at all times,
- Ensure Preview Centre is clean and tidy at all times,
- Assist in answering a busy multi-line phone system, transfer calls and take messages,
- When asked, enter guest and owner information into the computer, checking for accuracy,
- Take care of guests and owners’ children throughout the presentation,
- Ensure hygiene standards of Kids Club are maintained at all time,

- Must possess good communication and customer service skills,
- Must be able to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties,
- Must be able to complete duties in a timely manner and be able to function in a fast paced environment,
- Must possess a good telephone manner.
- High school graduate A Minimum of six months to one year related education and training/experience; plus business and/or administrative education.
