Business Development Manager

Our client is a leading local provider of Nutrition and Supplements. This company is comprised of professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing their Nutrition to their customers.
This position will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth in the nutrition sector. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
**Responsibilities**
**Market Research and Analysis**
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the Nutrition and Supplement industry.
- Analyzing market data and customer insights to develop effective sales strategies.
**Customer Acquisition**
- Identifying and targeting new customers, including OTCs, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
**Sales Strategy Development**
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Creating and executing sales plans, including setting sales goals and objectives.
**Product Knowledge**
- Staying up to date with Nutrition and Supplement products and industry developments.
- Providing product information and technical support to customers as needed.
**Proposal and Contract Negotiation**
- Preparing and presenting proposals to potential suppliers or clients.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability.
**Team Collaboration**
- Collaborating with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
**Reporting and Analytics**
- Preparing regular sales reports and performance metrics for management.
- Utilizing data and analytics to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
**Compliance and Documentation**
- Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, and Supplement industry or a related field.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Able to communicate in English.
