Job Responsibility;
Development of clients' business and marketing plans to achieve overall business objectives and profitability
Oversee the business integration process for new clients to ensure alignment to all relevant functions and smooth integration
Oversee and monitor clients' and DKSH's profit and loss to achieve sales targets and ensure best benefit from contract management
Anticipate clients' needs and actively seek opportunities for new business of existing clients; take accountability for contract renegotiation
Provide effective solutions for clients' requirements related to ad hoc operational issues
Oversee business communications and business review meetings with clients' management teams
Develop strategic client relationships for effective business planning and business growth
Partner with internal DKSH departments and Business Units to ensure alignment of clients' business plans and effective implementation of business plans

Qualification;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree
Minimum five years’ experience in Client Management or Trade Marketing
Understanding of FMCG industry and process
Communication, Presentation, interpersonal and Coordination skill
